TEG1118P-16-250W is Tenda’s proprietary unmanaged switch. Compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards, it can intelligently identify PoE-powered devices. PoE output power up to 230W and 30W per port saves power when transmitting data with access points, IP cameras and IP phones. This switch supports four modes of operation, including standard, priority, enhanced, and VLAN, making it an ideal choice for small businesses, hotels, schools, and factories that require video surveillance and wireless networking.
Equipped with two 1000Mbps SFP slots, this switch can meet the current demand for Gigabit WLAN uplink bandwidth and high-definition digital monitoring. This adapter works with the Tenda TEG311SM fiber optic module and supports a maximum transmission distance of up to 20km.
With standard mode, priority mode, VLAN mode, and extended mode, Tenda TEG1118P-16-250W can work in various networks, especially in small and medium-sized IP monitoring and WI-FI coverage projects.
Default key position. In this mode it functions as an unmanaged switch.
All ports can individually communicate with each other.
In this mode, ports 15, 16, SFP1, SFP2 act as uplink ports.
Ports 1-8 operate as high priority ports. All ports can individually communicate with each other.
In this mode, the data transfer rate of ports 9-14 is reduced to 10 Mbps.
The maximum transmission distance can reach 250 meters and all ports can communicate with each other.
In this mode, ports 1-14 of the switch become ports 15, 16, SFP1,
SFP2 are independent but cannot communicate with each other.
Enabling this mode helps mitigate broadcast storms and isolate DHCP broadcasts.
